Two options for your vegan Thanksgiving feast

Gardein Holiday Roast with Cranberry Wild Rice Stuffing and Homestyle Gravy. 

There’s just so much to choose from when your Thanksgiving centerpiece is not a turkey! Here are two beautiful and delicious vegan options that we just picked up at Mother’s Market in Irvine, CA (they are also available at Whole Foods).

Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry En Croute with Smoked Apple Sage Sausage, crystallized ginger, cranberries, and apples, all wrapped in a flaky puff pastry. 

Both of these special roasts are available during the holidays only. The Gardein Holiday Roast was in the frozen foods department. It has a cranberry wild rice stuffing and comes with homestyle gravy.  The Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute was in the refrigerated deli section. It is stuffed with Smoked Apple Sage Sausage, crystallized ginger, cranberries and apples, all wrapped in a flaky puff pastry (like a croissant!). Last year we got one of each and they were both amazing.

For our Hawaii friends, I called Down to Earth, Pearlridge and town (S. King St.) locations, and they both said they had the Gardein holiday roasts. I also called Whole Foods in Kailua, and they said they had both the Gardein and the Field Roast holiday products! Sometimes they sell out early, so be sure to get yours as soon as possible. If you have a vegetarian, a vegan, or an animal lover coming to your Thanksgiving celebration this year, either or both of these roasts will make them really happy.
