Ate lunch at one of our favorite restaurants today – Freesoulcaffé (100% vegan!) in Tustin, CA.
We tried their new Truffle Burger and FSC Burger. The Truffle Burger was very rich and hearty, with caramelized onions, lots of mushrooms, and a truffle aioli. The FSC Burger had fresh arugula, Roma tomatoes, and a nice, bright sun-dried tomato aioli. Both were excellent -- super juicy! We’ll be back soon to try the other two new burgers, the Hatch Burger and the Sprout Burger.
For dessert, we had a beautiful Pineapple Cake and a Chocolate Torte (thanks Ann! :) ).
And, as usual, the staff was great. We love this place!
